About the Opportunity
The Operations Manager will:
• Optimise project efficiency, manage resources effectively, and ensure profitability
• Foster relationships with the design team, clients, and other outsourced teams
• Develop and implement strategic planning for business growth
Key responsibilities will include:
- Project management (developing and managing budgets, monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, identify and address project related issues)
- Oversee invoicing and collection of payments from clients
- Work closely with the team to allocate resources efficiently
- Team management (end-to-end recruitment, resource allocations to projects, manage workflow, PD and training)
- Manage and nurture client relationships as the primary point of contact
- Financial Management (developing and monitoring budgets, implementing cost-control measures and analyse financial data, identify opportunities for improvement)
- Develop strategic plans and objectives for business growth including market research
- Prepare financial reports and analyse financial data
- Establish performance metrics and benchmarks to assess effectiveness of business operations
- Review Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and conduct performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and recognise achievements

About You

Bachelor of Business Management or relevant proven experience
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and project costing
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
Experience in Design or Creative Services environment
Proficiency in project management tools and software applications for resource planning, time tracking, project management and invoicing
Creative problem solving and a proactive approach to addressing challenging situations
