About the Role
As a Building Designer at EDG.Space, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our strategic vision to life. You'll be at the forefront of providing cutting-edge design and documentation services, ensuring that our projects meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the building design team, enhancing their capability and competency.
Manage and coordinate projects from the design phase through to approval, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Innovate and develop new design processes to improve client outcomes and streamline operations.
Maintain and develop relationships with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure seamless project delivery.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, construction technologies, and legislative changes.
About You
What You Bring
Proficiency in REVIT and a solid understanding of Australian building standards, including BCA.
A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
A desire to build a long-standing career of excellence with EDG.Space.
A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring every project meets quality standards and complies with all relevant legislation.
Ability to navigate and resolve complex design and construction challenges with innovative solutions.
