Key Responsibilities: 


  • Create and execute a recruitment strategy to grow our Melbourne team

  • Manage, mentor and guide our Design team 

  • Oversee the creative design to ensure projects meet our high-quality standards

  • Ensure all projects meet timelines and budgets

  • Oversee project documentation and quality control

  • Drive lead generation and optimise conversion opportunities

  • Supervise the overall execution of architectural designs 


Key Requirements:


  • A minimum of 5-10 years of industry experience

  • Architectural design qualifications

  • Diverse design experience

  • Project leader experience in commercial, hospitality, hospital and residential contract administration 

  • Recruitment strategy experience

  • Contract administration skills

  • Solid technical and documentation experience

  • REVIT skills (mandatory)

  • A belief that values should be lived – not just talked about

  • Excellent fluency in English
